中國科學家研制成功新型可編程光量子計算芯片

   研制具有實用價值的量子計算機,是量子計算領域最重要的發展目標。國防科技大學計算機學院QUANTA團隊聯合軍事科學院、中山大學等國內外單位,研發成功新型可編程硅基光量子計算芯片,可實現多種圖論問題的量子算法求解,有望未來在大數據處理等領域獲得應用。北京時間2月27日,國際權威期刊《科學進展》發表了這一重要成果。
  量子比特數目少、有效量子操作深度淺,是現階段量子技術水平存在的制約性問題。在這種受限條件下,如何最大化利用量子資源、設計可編程運行有實用前景量子算法的量子裝置,是量子計算領域的重要挑戰。
  據介紹,量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)子(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)漫(man)步(bu)是(shi)一(yi)(yi)種量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)子(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)物理世界的(de)(de)獨特數(shu)學(xue)模(mo)型(xing),也(ye)是(shi)一(yi)(yi)類重(zhong)要的(de)(de)量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)子(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)計(ji)算(suan)(suan)模(mo)型(xing),是(shi)許多量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)子(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)算(suan)(suan)法的(de)(de)重(zhong)要內核。該新型(xing)可編程(cheng)(cheng)光(guang)量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)子(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)計(ji)算(suan)(suan)芯(xin)(xin)片(pian)(pian)(pian)研制(zhi)過(guo)程(cheng)(cheng)中,科(ke)研人員(yuan)提出可動態編程(cheng)(cheng)實(shi)(shi)現(xian)(xian)(xian)多粒(li)子(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)子(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)漫(man)步(bu)的(de)(de)光(guang)量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)子(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)芯(xin)(xin)片(pian)(pian)(pian)結構(gou),能夠(gou)對(dui)量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)子(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)漫(man)步(bu)演化時間、哈密頓量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)、粒(li)子(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)全(quan)同(tong)(tong)性(xing)(xing)、粒(li)子(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)交換特性(xing)(xing)等(deng)要素進行(xing)完全(quan)調控(kong)(kong),實(shi)(shi)現(xian)(xian)(xian)不同(tong)(tong)參數(shu)的(de)(de)量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)子(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)漫(man)步(bu)過(guo)程(cheng)(cheng),從(cong)而(er)支(zhi)持(chi)運行(xing)一(yi)(yi)系列基于量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)子(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)漫(man)步(bu)模(mo)型(xing)的(de)(de)量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)子(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)算(suan)(suan)法。基于所提結構(gou),科(ke)研人員(yuan)采(cai)用硅(gui)基集成光(guang)學(xue)技(ji)術,設計(ji)實(shi)(shi)現(xian)(xian)(xian)了(le)可編程(cheng)(cheng)光(guang)量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)子(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)計(ji)算(suan)(suan)芯(xin)(xin)片(pian)(pian)(pian)。芯(xin)(xin)片(pian)(pian)(pian)上集成了(le)糾纏光(guang)子(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)源、可配置光(guang)學(xue)網(wang)絡等(deng),通(tong)過(guo)電學(xue)調控(kong)(kong)片(pian)(pian)(pian)上元件(jian)實(shi)(shi)現(xian)(xian)(xian)對(dui)光(guang)量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)子(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)態的(de)(de)操控(kong)(kong),從(cong)而(er)實(shi)(shi)現(xian)(xian)(xian)量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)子(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)信息(xi)的(de)(de)編碼和(he)(he)量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)子(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)算(suan)(suan)法的(de)(de)映射,具有高(gao)集成度(du)、高(gao)穩定性(xing)(xing)、高(gao)精確度(du)等(deng)優勢。通(tong)過(guo)對(dui)所研制(zhi)光(guang)量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)子(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)計(ji)算(suan)(suan)芯(xin)(xin)片(pian)(pian)(pian)的(de)(de)編程(cheng)(cheng)運行(xing),演示了(le)頂點搜索、圖(tu)同(tong)(tong)構(gou)等(deng)圖(tu)論問題(ti)量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)子(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)算(suan)(suan)法的(de)(de)求解(jie)。未來(lai),隨(sui)著芯(xin)(xin)片(pian)(pian)(pian)規(gui)模(mo)和(he)(he)光(guang)子(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)數(shu)目(mu)的(de)(de)增加,芯(xin)(xin)片(pian)(pian)(pian)可支(zhi)持(chi)實(shi)(shi)現(xian)(xian)(xian)的(de)(de)圖(tu)問題(ti)規(gui)模(mo)將快速(su)增長(chang)。(劉于藍 記者張強)
